SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We do the shipping almost everyday to make sure your package delivered ontime. Here's our shipping schedule
- Monday : OFF (there will be no shipping since we are out of office)
- Tuesday to Saturday : 18.00
- Sunday : 13.00 (last payment is at 12pm or 12.00)
Yes, we try to send your package to the shipping agent almost everyday. Last payment is at 4pm or 16.00, and every payment after that hour will be sent to the shipping agent on the next day to maintain the Quality Control and Well Packaged. Please allow 3-5 working days after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred
SHIPPING COURIER
We use the following courier services for domestic shipping: SiCepat (www.sicepat.com). REG estimated delivery time is 2-4 days and BEST estimated delivery timei s 1-2 days. Please allow 3- 5 working days for domestic shipping (Indonesia), depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees will be charged based on the volume of our packaging. If the accumulated volume of packaging exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is below 1 (one) kg, but the volume of our packaging (box) stated on the product detail page that you can reach by simply clicking the product photo.
TRACK SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped via SiCepat (domestic) you will receive an automated e-mail or SMS to your phone number with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by track your shipping number at SiCepat web (www.sicepat.com).
