How to Order
1. Select Product
On our homepage, click “shop now” on the home banner or left (on mobile) / upper section (on PC) of the website to go in the collection page you like. Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo or the price tag for a complete description and close-up images.
2. Add to Cart
Choose the quantity you want, then click ADD TO CART or BUT IT NOW to purchase and view your order by clicking SHOPPING CART or the icon on the upper section of the website. Shortly you will be redirected to checkout page if you choose BUY IT NOW button, and you can choose to CONTINUE TO SHIPPING to proceed your order or just click "lyla" on the upper section of website to continue to select other product.
3. Review Your Bag
Click on the SHOPPING CART icon on the upper section of the website to review your items of purchase. After review your shopping Cart, clink on the CHECK OUT button.
4. Check Out
On the check out page you can put your voucher code in the Discount Code Column, then just simply click APPLY. It will be automatically calculated and show the result of your amount of purchase. If you decide to finish your order, click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.
5. Sign In
For a registered member, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account and send to your email. For first-time shoppers, simply fill in your details to register.
6. Shipping Method
Choose Shipping Method you want to use (please note that your shipping cost will be automatically calculated with our additional cost of extra safety of our packaging and volume of our box), then click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
7. Payment Method
Choose Payment Method you want to use, then click COMPLETE ORDER to finish the shopping.
8. Finish Shopping
An on-screen receipt with an ORDER ID #XXXX will appear. You will need the ORDER ID to confirm payment (if you choose “Bank Transfer” payment method) and to check your order status. Make sure you write down your ORDER ID in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address.
NOTE:
- ORDER ID is a automatic reference number you received after making an order. Be sure to write down this numbers as you need them for payment confirmation and order tracking.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped.
- Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.
