• Additional bubble wrap is applied to the outer layer of the package for extra protection.

• Brown Box (Code B1) is designed to protect LYLA signature boxes for Esme Wristlet and Elephant Charm products from dents or damage during transit.

• Brown Box (Code B2) is designed to protect LYLA signature boxes for Naomi, Mini Liora Backpack, Mini Madden, and Medium Liora Backpack from dents or damage during transit.

• Brown Box (Code B3) is designed to protect the LYLA Freia Signature Box from dents or damage during transit.

• Brown Box (Code B4) is designed to protect the LYLA Margo Signature Box from dents or damage during transit.

• Air Bubble Wrap is used inside the package to help minimize movement and protect the product from impact during shipping.

Important Notice

For all orders other than Instant Delivery or Same-Day Delivery, we highly recommend adding Bubble Wrap and/or a Brown Box to help reduce the risk of damage caused by handling during transit.

While extra packaging provides additional protection, any damage to the outer box that may occur during shipping remains beyond our control and is not covered under our responsibility.
